I've finally got around to scanning a Rugby training manual which really helps in terms of getting your pre-season and through the season weight training right.
It's both generic and position specific (ie Front Row, Winger, Forward, Girls).
Appologise for the happy-smile faces but the actual work-outs are fantastic.
