1. Start your Multiproxy program
2. setup the local IP address in the browser you are going to use.

What is the proxy address of the MultiProxy?
If you set up the MultiProxy to run locally on the computer you browse from, the proxy will be on localhost or 127.0.0.1 (which is the special name used by every computer on the Internet to refer to itself) and the port will be 8088 (unless you have configured MultiProxy to run on a different port). So when configuring your browser's proxy settings you typically enter the word localhost (or 127.0.0.1) in the box next to HTTP/FTP/etc.and 8088 in the box labeled "port".
If you want other computers on your LAN (without Internet access) to connect to Internet through MultiProxy, you need to enter the actual IP address of the computer where MultiProxy has been installed (instead of 127.0.0.1). You can find out the computer's IP address by running winipcfg.exe (via Start|Run from Windows taskbar, for example).

How do I configure my browser for MultiProxy?
All current browsers can be told the address of a proxy to use. You enter the same information in all fields in your browser's proxy configuration screen (see list below): HTTP/FTP/etc. MultiProxy supports all protocols, but only if corresponding remote proxy server supports them too. Here are the menus you go through to get to the proxy configuration settings. Make notes on the changes you make so you know how to undo them!
* Internet Explorer 5.xx: Tools | Internet Options... | Connections. Select either dial-up connection or LAN (depending on how you connect to the Internet), press Settings. Check the "Use Proxy Server" box-- enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.
Note: You must also uncheck the "Use HTTP 1.1" and "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" checkboxes in the Advanced tab of Internet Options dialog box.
* Netscape 4.xx: you first have to go through Edit | Preferences. Then in the frame on the left, click on the box with plus sign in it next to Advanced, then select Proxies from under Advanced. Select "Manual proxy configuration" on the right side of the dialog box and click the button labeled "View..." next to it. Enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.
* Internet Explorer 4.xx: View | Internet Options | Connection tab | "Access Internet using a proxy server" box | Advanced or Settings -- enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.
* Internet Explorer 3.xx: View | Options | Connections tab | Connect through proxy server box | Settings -- enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.
* Internet Explorer 2.xx: View | Options | Proxy -- enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.
* Netscape 3.xx, 2.xx: Options | Network Preferences | Proxies | Manual Proxy Configuration | View -- enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK, click on the next OK.With Netscape 2.0, follow with Options | Save Options.
* Windows NT with Internet Explorer: Control Panel -> Internet | Advanced | Proxy.
* Opera: Preferences | Proxy servers -- check the box next to HTTP, enter proxy address (127.0.0.1) and port (8088), click OK.
Ok you are nearly ready to go
3. Make sure that you have a current list of IP addresses that are working proxey servers.
4. import them into multiproxy and then test them
5.delete the ones that do not work
6 That should be it.
7. you may find that some get blocked - take and delete these.
So - > Browser > multiproy program > proxy servers > web site

Stealther / Haggas Stealther is described as a proxy program that helps enhance your anonymity and safety while surfing the Internet. In reality it's nothing more than a worthless clickthrough/advertising trojan. Instead of enhancing anonymity and security it phones home and "registers" your IP address, exchanges information, and then proceeds to secretly visit various porno and other sites with your IP as it racks up advertising dollars for the author. Not once does it notify users of its actions or offer them the choice of opting out.
After seeing this POS trojan in action I though I might try to salvage something useful by at least capturing the location of its proxy list. After it phones home it also retrieves a current proxy list from their site. It turns out their list is about as worthless as the program itself. It contained a grand total of 31 proxies. Of which 27 were dead and 4 were transparent. What a joke. If you care to check it out for yourself here's the links.
