need help casue im thick.......

Hi all.

got a quick ?
i dont really go infor phone unlocking and all that stuffs
so my knoledge is well limited.

i do however have a single problem that i need to resolve.
and if anyone can give me some good info then it will be much appriciated.

basicaly put my boss has a nokia 6210e
and he has all his names/number stored on the phone and not the sim card.

the phones now playing up like a right bitch. refusing to see the sim card....once in blue moon it see sims and then asks for pin number..but then is says connection refused and what not.

if i put the sim in another 6210e it fires up just fine
accepts pin and u can make calls.
so im 99.9% sure the sim is okey dokey and its the phone at fault.

the problem i have is getting his names/number off the broken phone and onto his sim/new phone.

is there anyway to get the names/numbers off the phone when it will not accpt a sim card ?
just sits on screen saying insert sim.

most annoying.

and try explaing that to my technophobic boss.
he dont understand phones and sim cards are not the same thing.

well most nos r stored on the simcard and not the phone so put the sim in another phone and u should have the no's

if you get a data cable for the phone m8 i think nokia logo manager lets u get the numbers stored on the phone.

i KNOW you can get them off the sim card with it, but im sure there is an option to get the numbers stored on th ephone aswell m8, ill hook up my phone and get back to you m8.

if it works then thats all youll need is a �10 data cable m8

right m8 just tried it and it DEFFO works, so thats your answer dood, all you need is a data cable for the phone and nokia logo manager and your home free m8
