I only found out today that this excellent game is already on sale for gamecube. I can't believe i didn't know about this, i'm ashamed of myself
Does anyone on here have it running on Pal gamecube via freeloader?
I love pro evolution games, its the only reason i ever use my ps2, so i can't wait to get it for Gamecube. At the momment i think some of the best gamecube games yet are coming out.

Yup....Final Evolution is bloody excellent....ild suggest getting the ps2 vertion tho...as you can get a cool patch that gives all correct player names and correct kits and even boots!!! Oh...and the controls are a bit dodgy on the GC ver. as well.
I just wish major A were put back in development of the ISS series...as my fav footy game of all time was iss 98 on N64.
Now that iss is developed oby kceo is fecking crap.

I've just said for ages that the WE/pro evo series is the only game i play on ps2 and if it came out for one of the other consoles i probably would let the ps2 rot.

err guys we were on about this a bit back (i think in one of freaky's early threads when he got his cube) someone was offering a "patch" on a mem card for the teams/players in english, it works on a pal cube with f/l and ar so dont worry about that side of things, but remember it takes almost a full mem card to save and the card needs to be formatted to jap not usa/pal
(just buy a new card at the same time or blank one and reformat it when the game asks you if you want to)
Yeah thats pretty good but it only changes player and team names, right?
Al menus, stats etc. are still in Japanese arent they?
Anyway, if your gonna get the game then its a bloody good idea.

hmm £50 seems the going rate for this game, but then I have to buy a freeloader and another memory card that'll be another £20... I take it will only need a 59 page m card?

i already have a free loader, cos i picked up some cheapo us games when i was there, I can get mem cards for 4.99 and the game was only 39 quid anyway (plus some shipping (13 quid)which was shared cos i ordered some stuff for other ppl as well)

omfg !! i love it.. the controls are even more responsive than the ps2 one and it just seems a little slicker all over.
All the buttons were just where I wanted em - same as ps2 and the menus were exactly the same so I knew where to go...
Top class game - gonna get alot of use from me.
cube is coming alive for me now after sitting idle for months.
