Default X2 en/disable addon - So no need for the disable switch?

Right so the x2 team has put forth this addon which according to xbox-scene, "...will allow you to boot your xbox with modchip disabled when using the eject button and boot your xbox with modchip enabled if you use the power button. This can be very usefull for X-ecuter2 users that are playing on Xbox Live."

So then does this make the disable switch obsolete? I mean I AM understanding the purpose of this addon correctly right? All it is is a way to get rid of the extra hardware (the addition of a mod disable switch) right?

that is correct, no actual switch is needed.

the guys at foundmy.com have been selling a different one.
it has 3 modes and controls the colors of the front light so you know which mode you are in.

    1) green = no mod
    2) orange = mod enabled and flash protection enabled.
    3) orange/green = mod enabled and flash protection disabled, this allows you to control when you want to flash your cheapLPC or xcuter 2 product.

Im just wondering then if it is indeed from the xecuter team why theres no mention of it on the official page or on the official forum ? Not wanting to disbelieve XanTium but this certainly isnt what youd expect to see from an official release is it ?

yea man. I went to the main site when I read that bit o news on xbox-scene as well and I too couldn;t find any mention of it which I though was kind of strange. Maybe this news update was on a peronal basis and they just didn't have time to update the site just yet.
