I havestarted a new fitnes regeime.
I go training 5 times a week, consisting of about an hour in the gym (mostly carsio vascualr) and about 20-30 minutes swiming. This is also running along side a healthy eating plan that i decided to stick to.
Now concidering im a fat ******* how much weigt should i be losing every week? is it pissible to loose about 6 pounds a week everyweek.
finaly i just got somthing called adios does anyone know if it works increasing the rate of motabalism?
The reason im doing all this is im sick of being fat.
