Evox lockups with 4976.02

Anyone else getting intermittent lockup in evox running the newest bios?

I have tried both the the newest and the older version of evox. The xbox locksup at the loading screen while launching a game from the hd.

I have to turn the xbox off and back on.

I load 4974 back on and all is working fine.


I have figured out that everytime I use IGR the next app/game launched locks up at the loading screen.

I personally havent had a single problem with it and the newest bios although others have it seems.

Very strange. I wonder what the difference would be.

I guess as long as I am not the only one.

BTW- Nice VB skin. Did you ever consider loading up some of there other ones and using the skin selector on the main page?

Funny you should mention it, I am starting to get lockups after putting on the latest evox dash, although I have not flased my mod with the latest bios.

It locks up mainly when in Xbox Media Media Player or while loading it up. It hasn't froze up while loading or playing a game though.

I have had this problem with every single bios yet, I have reported it several times but it only appears to affect a small amount of users so noone has done anything with it.

There are definite problems with the IGR, my solution is I just don't use it and I never get hang ups.

Turn of IGR and also turn of the Evox IGR with the file you need to add, until someone acknowledges the problem theres nowt we can do

if your setup is correct it will work

dont blame the bios blame the dash - their dash releases have gotten really buggy over the last few weeks
