'Insert Correct Sim?'

I have just tried to unlock my P800 using the unlocker software and logs, by connecting to the server. I clicked reset GDFS and pressed the power button on my phone, and it appeared to work. I then took out my orange SIM and put my O2 sim inside it, and it switched on but I got the message 'Insert Correct SIM' on startup. I assumed that this was because the unlocking did not work. But after I had put my Orange sim back in I still get the same error?

Any suggestions?

mmmmmm, i assume when u pressed "Read GDFS" it read the phone and then came back with the codes which u would have entered manually into the handset by going into the service menu of the phone???
Did u use version 6.52 of the eri client???

I have found that i can only use a "generic" data cable for that particular client, the "original" Ericsson cable plays up a bit.

Afraid not hotentot, I'm a bit simple and I pressed reset as opposed to read (doh). And it was only after I locked myself out that I realised that it has generated the logs to a .txt file and you had to enter the codes via a service menu on the phone. I think I have locked all four codes.

Do you know if there is a way to unlock it? I did use v6.52 eri client and a generic cable.
