    Redirecting my website?

    I was wondering how I could redirect my old web address to my new one?

    (E.g. When somebody trys to look at my old website www.oldwebaddress.com it will redirect them automatcly to my new address www.newwebaddress.com)

    Thanks again

    You can either do it directly with the people who you registered your old domain with and ask them to re-direct it for you which is probably the best thing, or you can put a page up on your old domain and webspace which has a redirect meta tag that simply redirects the visitor as soon as they land on that page.

    Either way will work, but the former is probably your best option.

    Try this m8.
    Just put this into your main html page from you old website.
    Add the line below

    <META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" Content="0;URL=www.your new website url goes here/">

    Regards Jacko.
