Which is the cheapest Programmer that will do rom 10's?

I've found this one, will this work on rom10's

Sent MAXKING an e-mail to ask which programmers they have for ROM10.

REPLY.........

"sorry we don't have any programmer for that card"

NOT.........

the reason that they say that is the fact that they cannot endorse the misuse of their programmers, they know that it is used for this but in replying they say no, theyve got a company to look out for! trust me a phoenix/smartmouse programmer with a 3.686 mhz crystal will work sweetly!
