I downloaded this :

xbox_UAE-X.Amiga.Emu.with.Roms.for.Xbox

no documentation with it at all.

it unpacks to a 3.6 gb iso called : old-uaex So I burnt it and it boots no problem.

Now how the fook do I get games to work ? What buttons do I push ?

I went to the web site of the emulator : http://uaex.sourceforge.net/

Found f(uk all that helps at all . Isnt there any shagging idiot proof documentation for this thing ?

I even downloaded the the emu from thier site only to find find this shite non revealing doc inside:

1) Get UAE 0.8.22 from UAE's homepage.

2) Unpack UAE's source code.

3) Unpack UAE-X's sources over UAE's code.

4) Launch uaex.dsw, select the "XBox Release Build" and hit Build.

5) Enjoy.

well after a lot of fooking around Ive sussed it .

You have to press start then load the ROm and to actually play press start again and reset the amiga.

cool, would be good if there was a site that had loads of the old public domain software on it, some of the demos/intros I used to have back in the day were really good, would love to see them again :)

I suggest you go to google and type in amiga adf roms, you will find almost everything on there, loads of sites with the full download of all the old games. (sorry no links just look its all there)

If you want to make your own adf roms its very easy u need 2 floppy disk drives and a little prog called Disk2FDI which runs on the pc you can get that here: http://www.oldskool.org/disk2fdi
