Has anyone been successful, on unlocking their Box Pin.

Both my Friend & I Boxes wont Read the Rom10 Card, when we try to Order a PPV.

All we get is the Box, asked for the PIN.

The 2 are T/W DI1000 & DI1010.

So, if someone as done there own, please pm (How To) and keep it simple.

Yes - you get a copy of a prog called libdebug and use the serial lead (the one you use with your progger to connect to the port on the back of the pc), connect it to your pc serial port and look on the box for the same port (says RS232 under it).

Power up the box, Fire up libdebug, and it will log the box data. Reset the pin to 0000 then power down the box.

You will probably need the .cfg file for libdebug - look on the forums for it (rst.cfg)

Once you have reset the pw in libdebug, connect the box to the TV and log into to the engineers menu. Look for the bit which says password - it should now read 0000 instead of **** - then use the up/down arrrows to get to the password field. Enter a new password and save.

Job done. Watch PPV
