I have a USB cable modem, is there anyway I can connect from PS2 USB to The Cable modem so it will work online?

hi, I THINK you'll need to get an ethernet card for your PC m8 and a crossover cable, then setup internet connection sharing on your PC and plug the cable between your ethernet card and PS2 network adapter. That's what I did, and it works PERFECTLY!
