    Default e-mail problems

Never had any problems in the past but now every time I open OE I'm receiving the same mails over and over again. I have Norton's latest AV software installed and have never had this before. Seems as though new mails cannot get through because I'm getting the old ones ten or fifteen times every time I open OE. Driving me batty!! Anyone any ideas?? Cheers in anticipation.

does ur ISP allow you to view your mail via the web ? if so access your mailbox that way and see if you have stacks of mail there. also in Outlook Express there is the option to delete mail from the server after delivery
In OE goto Tool - Accounts
Highlight your account then click properties then advanced, ant the bottom of this window there is a section called delivery, here you have the option to delete or leave copies of messages on server. if all else fails conact your ISP and see if they are having any mail related problems.
