PDA is something i personally no nothing about .
WTD and unclex are modding here and will advise but you know the forum rules about warez.

Thankyou 4me2 for adding this section, i requested this section long ago & gradually got enough back for it to be granted.
Cheers

I only gave it the final push m8 , Abcman posted a list of suggestions in admin a while back and today I managed to catch the boss and get the go ahead. I had a bit of time on my hands so I made the changes.
thanks - about time

More UNCLEX than last week but less next :woot:
the subject of warez in here is a slightly difficult one, i dont know how or why but for some reason whilst we dont allow pc or console warez we have allowed portable software to be posted in gba/gp32, old school, emulators and mobile phones.
i would imagine at present that non direct links ( h**p://***.etc ) would be ok to non freeware/shareware products (inc regd shareware).
if you post a link to an irc chan its a good idea to also post the server its on (like efnet etc).
personaly, things i'd like to see in here are guides to setting up various pda's to work online using mobile phones as modems because i remember the hastle i had setting mine up and i'm sure i cant be the only one, and maybe something covering the different os & processor types.
the pda's i have are a nokia 9210 (epoch crystal), a nokia 9210i (epoch crystal), a hp jornada 525 (ppc / unknown proc) & an hp jornada 568 (ppc 2002 / unknown proc), i dont think i've found a "use" for the hp's other than as something to play solitaire on (dont even mention trying to get active sync working with either of them , it doesnt)
Agree,I have no problem with that - I have an IPAQ and a Zaurus - most of the Z stuff is open source and is free.
Were as the IPAQ stuff is not always free - there is freeware out there.
Most of the IPAQ wifi utils are free - DHCP lease renew, regedit tools etc
China/Thailand seem to love the IPAQ's - so for those who want it maybe should do a search for the link - some of the links are so back door and do not always show up in google.
If there is a rule on the forum regarding this matter - it should apply here too.
keywords only for searches.

im very happy also so non of u guys use ur pda's for gps navigation etc speed cameras ,
I've got a decent link for some palm apps and games (including warefare inc). Not sure if I should post it here but will pm it to anybody who wants it.
hi there
if anyone is interested in navagation on the pda i use a ipaq 2210 with a tom tom 3 nav but the softwareware that makes it worth having is from this link http://www.gpsassist.net/beta.htm
i have a incar nav £3800 pounds worth but now i just use the ipaq all i use the incar equipment is for the dvd and tv as the ipaqs software is brill it brings in the congustion charge areas and the speed cameras and can be updated through the pc.
kenwood incar system cannot be updated until a new dvd disc comes out
no cameras and congustion charge zones.
hope this helps someone
as long as the software is installed correctly and if using an ipac instal a sd card i use a 512mb
it works great
