how do i uninstall?

i installed pocket divx using active sync from my pc, now i cant find a way to remove it from my jornada 568, problem is that it says something about not being a valid win ce application but its the latest version for ppc2002 running on a ppc2002 machine

not that hard, in my defence the manual is wrong, the index sends you to 3 pages, none of which has the information on it, however a quick download of the pdf version and a scan through it finds the solution

you can also uninstall progs from the active sync on your pc
