Going on a 10 hour flight, I heard Valium is good.......

Well, I'm off to the states soon and I really can't be arsed with the long flight, I hate them sooooo much.

Someone recommended taking a Valium (diazepam) for it. What does it do? Make me sleep or does it make time fly by?

The last thing I want is to be thrown off for lewd behaviour lol, and can I drive after say 12 hours from taking one?

dont take drugs on long flights m8... ok it might make you sleep, but on the other hand you could get all the bad effects like paranoia, panic attacks, etc

I have a mate who used to go back and forth to NY to see his bird, he swears by Valiums, one of his mates is a doctor at a hospital and sorts him out with em.
He has never had any problems, It just chills you out and helps you sleep.

if you take a sedative just be sure you have no alcahol cos the effects of the two can be bad.

basicly diazapam relaxes you making it easier to sleep however they are highly addictive and shouldnt be taken on a regular basis.

Or alternatively get a Granny Smiths cake mix, follow the instructions on the pack but add a quarter of ur favorite resin. When cooked and cooled decorate your cake as desired, my favourite way is to melt a galaxy bar in a sauce pan and smear it across the top, then let the chocolate set.

Then slice the cake into good sized portions and pop a couple in a tupperware box to enjoy on the plane.

are you sure? Baking Resin will intensify the smell 10 fold. You'll be nicked before you can say 'Down Boy'

I have made plenty of space cakes before and have not been able to smell the resin.

If you do have space cakes make sure you dont have too much, like I did once:

I once made 20 cakes and my g/f had never had any before, we had 2 each and then I went to the shop before they kicked in, when I got back she says "I've had my ten!". I told her that ten was too much and that it was silly to have taken them all at once.
Then proceeded to have the other 8 to complete my quota of 10, (fuck it, in for a penny) nothing happened for about 3-4 hours then I started getting a bit tingly. It was sunday night and I had work the next day so and it was about 11.30 pm so we went to bed. After about 10 minutes we were both rolling around in hysterics of laughter and didnt know what we were laughing about. We were laughing that much that it hurt loads and I couldnt bare to laugh anymore. After an hour of that I was trying to get to sleep but when I closed my eyes I started to hullicinate, and my g/f was too, whats weird is that they were the same hullicinations. Eventually I managed to get a few hours shut eye prior to dragging my arse to work. Whilst at work, still totally stoned, I started to think about what I had done, and it made me laugh out in hysterics again, so I took half day and went home.
My g/f got send home from work cos they thought she was ill.
We were both still slightly stoned and felt a strange tingling feeling for about a week after.

SO if you have space cakes, dont have too many.

an interesting alternative to space cakes is to add your "materials" to fried mince, onion, peppers and chils to make space burritos, they kick ass

Gel - one 5mg of Vallium will be enough for you to make you sleep m8.
Dont listen to anyone who says take a couple as more than 5mg will zombie you and will alert the US customs on your arrival.

Your best bet is to take 1 x 5mg YELLOW Vallium when you are on the plane ready for take off and make sure that you allow it to dissolve in your mouth so that you will be able to crash out about 30 minutes later.

They are the same thing mate, Vallium is the "brand name" for Diazepam.

They come in many strengths namedly:

White 2mg tablets
Yellow 5mg tablets
Blue 10mg tablets.

Madmanc - I am 99.5% sure that all 5mg Valliums are yellow in colour.

in reference to plug1 - I would not take any other of the "azipam" tablets as they have very different characteristics with the "wreck" you get from them.

diazipam is a daytime tranquilizer and will last for several hours

nitrazipam is what the alcoholics up here get prescribed now and has a very heavy wreck off of them so best to avoid those.

temazipam (or jellies) are the most evil thing that I have ever swallowed as they can make you feel like superman and you will want to go 10 rounds with Tyson if you mix them with drink. They are more commonly prescribed for sleeping problems but under no circumstances swallow these on a plane as there is no way that you will be able to stay "compus mentis" as your speach will become slurred.

I once seen someone swallow 45 Green 20mg Wyeth "Gelfix" jellies years ago and he was in a right f.ucked up state that night and swore that his shites were green tinged for the following week.
