Activate Box/Card

Hi, have done several boxes for people, but the last couple on 10 cards have had 0000 for ird (using niagraedit (obviously not back door locked)). When I do a Fun using the box key and IRD by reversing pairs of Nos from Scart socket, All channels are obtainable from remote (ie get purple border etc) but screen black and no sound. Is there anything else I need to do??? Comes up with Card not activated on putting in. Do I need to activate the box or something ??? Is there anything I need to do with Libdebug to get going???

if the ird on the card is all 00 00 00 00
then the box n card is more than likely virgin.

in your rom card you should enter it as 36 3B 01 12 (ird for example only!)
and in your funcard hex the other way round 12 01 3B 36

do not reverse the bks in any way, leave them as they appear

Yes I have reversed the pairs in my fun hex....thanx no joy. So what do I need to do if my card/box is a Virgin????? There must be someting I can do?
