broadband wireless network

hello all,

would like to know what i need to make a wireless network to share broadband (downstairs to upstairs) i dont want wires everywhere so am wondering how i set up a wireless network, also where can i buy good cheap wireless networks....

bt broadband sell them for around £200-£300 which is a bit expensive!

I've just ordered a 802.11g basestation and pcmcia card from www.dedicatednetworks.com, they are doing a half price offer on the card so it worked out cheap.

Its a netgear WG602 :

You may be better off getting a combined wireless router depending on what sort of broadband you have. The one I have listed is for plugging into a normal network.
