inputting unlock code into T68i

Guys can you help, got the unlock codes, but dont know how to input them into the ericsson t68i. Can anyone help?

Here ya go:

1. Enter the SIM lock menu using <**< (left, star, star, left) using the joystick or menu buttons. On the P800 use the jog dial on the side. Left would be jog dial down once
2. ‘Personalise with MNC2’ will be display on the target, press ‘yes’ key
3. ‘Unlock’ and the lock type will be displayed (NSK: NSCK: CCK: SPCK)
4. If more than one type is displayed scroll down to the one with the closed padlock. And press yes
5. Enter the corresponding code type displayed in the combo box
6. You may need to enter more than one, once you have entered the codes the target will go revert back to displaying ‘insert SIM’
