Replicating file changes over a network

Does anyone know of any software that will do this.

I'm not after one that copies the whole file when it changes, just the change itself.

What sort of file is it?

NTFRS will replicate but it will do the entire file..

It's my Outlook .PST file which is 250mb in size ... that's why most of the the file sync utils out there will not work for me
