That "IT consultant" (dare I use the term to describe him) either doesn't have a fucking clue, or (more likely) is the dodgiest fuck in
the computer bus.
Think I may call him posing as a trading standards clerk and play him the recorded call
There would be something seriously wrong with his bus. prac. if he was receiving 15-20 frazzled PC back each month!!! I very much doubt that there are 20 PC a month in the UK that are burned out by power surges!!!

here is a computer shop near wakefield, ive known them some time and the owner is a right tosser. they hate it when they get anything back, earlier today someone i know did a prank call to them for a laugh - see what you think but i reckon it shows what a cnut he really is.

don't these small computer shops just love lightning storms just about everything and anything gets blamed on them
i used to work in one and the owner just loved lightning storms
they were the answer to everything broken
