How To Tune Your 4001
BLOW ME DOWN, Just been messing about with a couple of 4001 boxes from a different area that would not tune to my area, ID 00001, frequency 755.000. A few weeks ago i found that a C&W1000 box would only work when i changed the area frequency to 747.000 so i tried this on the 4001 boxes this morning both boxes erased the existing software and installed new rebooted and started working, now all i need to do is read and replace the atmels HELP!
I think setting them to this frequency forced the software to update this will only work on the 4001 in a Davic area i think.
