    Default questionaire software

A bit of a strange request but I'm after some kind of software/utility that can generate different forms of questionaires, ie: multiple choice, single yes/no answers, tests that give a final score without revealing the answers, etc.

It's not for me but for teacher I know who's having some probs finding anything like this, I advised her to maybe learn about making webpages as I know there's loads around that do just what she requires, he only problem is she's a total novice at that kinda stuff and I have no idea either, any other suggestions / help would be appreciated ;)

    cheers,

    darren

    Default Flash

Probably the most used way of creating questionaires is via webpage but alot of people also do it with Flash. Im sure you could get templates or something for doing this.

    you can try http://www.flashkit.com

A company called SPSS do a set of questionnaire software called QCWeb, Quancept and something else. QCWeb is development and server software for developing and hosting web based questionnaires. It's not cheap, but I don't know what you want it for. However it is very good. There is a scripting language with it for those who want to get there hands dirty, or there is a frontend generation package that is a little limited when compared to the scripting language. Definately worth a look, but like I said, it's not cheap.

Search through www.spss.com and you'll find it. Oh, and it outputs into datafiles that can be easily converted into Excel sheets. I think I might even have some software that I wrote that rips the outputted thing into an access database and generates a load of graphs from the results.

    cheers, salvadorEscobar.

    MS Office Development Kit.
Again, not cheap but does exactly what you want.

great thanks for the info guys :) ...... all she wants to do is make some simple questionaires for 5-7 year olds to run on the pc's in the school she works at, so nothing too advanced is required. I'll definetly take a look at what's been suggested so far though :)

    cheers
