when i enter the codle nothing happens ive checked every thing and its correct? after ive done the last e.g +7# nothing happens should it say codde crror or summat? or phone restriction off

Either m8, depends if it unlocks or not. Are you doing it correctly.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Enter the Phone IMEI Number and Network Type into the Calc

2. Then select mode type 2 or 5 (all dct4 are 2 usless 7650 then 5)

3. Click Genarte

4. You will then see an output like this:-

5. Now type this into the locked phone (no simcard in phone)

#pw+CODE+X#

you will get "p" and "w" letters by pressing the "+"key a few times.
CODE - 15digit code in output
X - simlock level (can be 1 to 7)

I.E. for Lock 7 would look like this :- #pw+XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX+7#

If your phone will not be unlocked by typing code "L1"(lock1),
then use "L7" (lock7-multilock).

If you are then maybe you have the wrong codes. PM me the IMEI no/network and I'll send you the codes so you can compare them.

please please please can someone help me out - i'm trying to do remote unlocking for this nokia 3510i locked to virgin. I've tried code 7 twice, code 6 and 5. I only have one try left and don't want to shag it up! Can i use a data cable to unlock the phone? If so what software do i require?

Try code ONE m8, or pm me the IMEI and Network of the fone and I'll send you another set of codes to make sure you have the correct ones.

I don't know how to sort the fone out using s/q m8, sorry.

hrrgh i tried code 7,1,6,5,4 and none of them worked

just check me out here, i entered the IMEI into 3 different proggies off here using v2 codes using 23400 as the MCC-MNC code (Virgin) - all produced the same codes and no avail (now getting cannot undo restriction)

think i'll take the phone back to comet because i've only had it one day and say i'm not satisfied with the purchase

Guys help needed!I put in codes for 3510i on Virgin and it said,unlocked.When I put my Orange sim it says "phone restricted".I just bought the phone new from Virgin.Any advice?

Well call me thick but in shell v3.1xp which codes do l generate
to unlock a 8310 V1 or V2.

If you read the help it wiill tell you that you only need v2 codes for the 3510i and more recent fones.

So I assume the v1 codes would do the trick m8.

how many tries do u get??

I have tried codes 5 and 1 to unlock a 8910i and both times it has come up with CODE ERROR.

Also - The phone seems to be unlocked to Orange and T-Mobile but it wont accept Voda or O2. I've always thought that a phone is either locked to Orange only or T-Mobile only.
