    free dct4 unlock program

edit: please see further down for windows based unlocking.

Just stumbled upon this little beauty (see attachment) it's a dos based program but works in XP. It's a bit fiddely but bare with it. To make it a bit easier rename the .exe file to calc or similar.

    1. Place the file 'DCT-4 Calc.exe' on your desktop.
    2. Open an MS-DOS Prompt on your PC (called 'Command Prompt' on XP), a black box should appear on your screen.
    3. Now drag the file 'DCT-4 Calc.exe' from your desktop and drop it onto the black MS-DOS window.
    4. If done correctly a prompt should show the location of the .exe file
    5. It is here you enter the information needed to generate the unlocking codes.
    6. The following steps must be followed exactly in order to work correctly!
    7. THE MS-DOS screen should show something similar to C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\DCT-4 Calc.exe.
    8. Press the spacebar once and enter either a 2 or a 5 depending on phone type, 5 is 3650 and 7650 and all other handsets are type 2.
    10. After the number press the spacebar once more and enter the handsets IMEI, ensuring it is 15 digits long.
    11. Press the spacebar again and enter the 5 digit MCC-MNC code, see below for a full list.
    12. Your screen should now show something similar to this:
    C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\DCT-4 Calc.exe 2 350998802997495 23400
    13. Now press 'Enter' and your unlocking codes will be displayed
    14. The free calculator generates v1 codes, if you want to update these to v2 codes read the note below.

It works. Please read the read me enclosed with it.

should i be using the option to calculate v2 codes all the time for all the phones, or should i untick the v2 option, which is better, does v2 give better codes and does it work for all the dct4 fones?
