I find them good, and use only them and play.com for R2 dvds. in fact, had more probs with play than splash!

Hmmm, I think these orders actually might take a while to fulfill. I remember last time they did this kinda thing, LOADS of people ordered (as will happen this time with this universal code being distributed everywhere), and to handle the backlog took weeks. My girlfriend ended up waiting 2 weeks and 1 month respectively for 2 DVDs that were 'in stock'.

I'm still waiting for my stuff to arrive. Only got a confirmation of dispatch for Rogue Leader (other game was Mario Sunshine), yet have been charged for both. Hope they both arrive while I'm still young.

well, I ordered family guy season 3 which came out on monday. it's still not here, and I pre ordered at full price and was charged for it 2 and half months ago!!!

Emailed them on monday to say it was a present for girlfirend's birthday this weekend, and I didn't care when the other 3 arrived that i'd ordered in the promotion, but I'd really appreciate it if that would arrive by Saturday.

Here's what I got from them today :

"Unfortunately I can not guarantee your copy of family guy will be with you by Friday as we are still fulfil the orders place at an earlier date then yours."

Needless to say, I no longer reccommend this company, which is a shame as I've been using them for a few years with no problems, but I won't tolerate that kind of BS email, and now I'm short a present :-\

Seems i may have shafted you here guys.
I placed an order the day I started this thread. On the same day I ordered the Spiderman DVD as recommended by Biggy 7 ( all the way from CDWow Hong Kong). That arrived ages ago, my order from Splash still has'nt!
I was also charged full price, sent them an e-mail, they replied with an apology and a promise to refund my card with �2, but could not give me a dispach date for the DVD.

What more can I say... good prices but shite service... you pay for what you get eh?

I would definitely not reccommend using these guys to anybody. Received the green mile today, and it was scratched up and in awful condition, looked used. I'm not holding my breath on a helpful response from customer services.

Plus, as previously mentioned, i was told that they have not been able to send Family guy season 3 to me, which I pre ordered at full price and was billed for 2 and a half months ago! Apparently they're still fulfilling orders made before mine, so what chance do you guys have?

I've long been an advocator of splashdvd, but no more... Steer well clear, as when something goes wrong, all they do is shovel bullshit and throw it at you.
