I'm not racist so don't get me wrong.

I'm English and proud of it, also proud to be European.

After watching the box last night I was astounded by the number of adverts e.g. Burger King - that use an American actor or voiceover.

This does my nut.

Okay, we watch their movies - but they speak our language. They're trying to influence & take over everything. As of today, any advert with an American voiceover/actor - irrelevant of the nature or origin of the business I am now refusing to purchase any of their products.

From this moment on (although the burgers taste better) I'm refusing to eat Burger King produce until the next advert I see from them has an English actor/voiceover.

I often have outbursts at home, screaming at the fucking tely, "WHY the FUCK do we have AMERICAN fucking actors on our FUCKING adverts!!!! FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!

The girlfriend normally laughs at me, but I am fucking serious!

I've even noticed it at one point on channel 4 they had a fucking american womans voice introducing an up and coming fucking programme!
