Don't the 4000 boxes use the M29W800AT? The code you've given is for the 29F800 chips, are these compatible?

I've been looking on the spec sheets for both these chips. It seems that the 29W800 operates from a 3V supply, whereas the 29F800 operates from a 5V supply. This is why i thought it may cause problems. Has anyone actually put these 29F800 chips in a box which uses a 29W800?
