Default Using newsgroups etc on University net?

    Hi

I tried using kazaa before to download mp3s but the uni always cancels my downloads. fair enuff.

but NEway, i've been using grabbit since being at home and was wondering if it'd work at uni? I'm on NTL at the moment at home.

since i cant save much info too, i could use one of those portable USB storage devices too, can't I?

I tried mirc at home and thought it was a bit shite. what about other programmes like direct connect?

    cheers!

    no harm trying.

good excuse to treat yourself to an ipod if you haven't got one already. great for your mp3s and portable storage when you need it.
