    Default Job Satisfaction

    Reasons why as well please.

I hate my job because I have received zero training, so I feel like I never know what the fuck I'm doing. It's ALWAYS mega busy and we work to tight deadlines, so it's very high pressure and really stressful. Which is definitely not my bag! (is it anybody's?)

For reasons I won't state here, I have to stay in this job till at least next year, which sucks......

Oh, and there's no decent totty here either!

    I voted indifferent.

I get payed quite well, and its close to travel to.
    Good career prospects etc.

But the work I do doesnt exactly intrest me.
Its a job, I do it for money, but I dont actually enjoy my work.

Its nothing specific to my job, probably goes for 90% of jobs, its just something you do to be able to afford to lead your private life the way you want.

I would obviously have prefered a job that has something to do with my interests but I guess you dont get too many jobs that pay you to get pissed and take drugs and play on Consoles and watch films and sport etc.

Only jobs for shagging birds are porn stars, dont think it would have the same appeal with a room full of camera men and sound crew etc, or a male escort where you have to lick the crusty piss stained flaps of old woman!

So I guess I will have to haul my arse out of bed every mon-fri morning and go do a bit of work!

    I voted "yes, I'm a lucky bugger".
I get to work from home, am my own boss and work what hours I choose. Dont get me wrong, I still work to pay the bills - give me a winning lotto ticket and I'm outta here no question!

I get to drive around all day, in my company car, sometimes pissing customers off, sometimes making thier day, for which i get paid the same as my last job where i knocked my bollox out 11 hours a day 5 days a week, with only 20 mins a day for lunch and no tea breaks..
As long as all my calls are completed and the paper works done, which is a piece of piss, everything is groovy......
Oh yeah, i forgot we have some quailty birds in the office as well, most of which are up for a laugh,(if ya know what i mean!!!!)

So its safe to say i like my job!!

Own boss, staff to do the real work. After doing ten years of weekends, evenings, and 14 hour days, I've got myself down to a thirty hour week...

...and, by coincidence, the mighty Hereford United are winning games for a change...

...I'm almost enjoying life. It won't last.

i've voted indifferent because it's only a job to bring in £££ whilst i'm in 6th form, the work isn't that great and the pay stinks

my job at safeway, for the princely sum of £3.80/hour holds the title of a porter which includes fetching DVDs/CDs for customers, doing price checks on stuffs, spoling off stock and also fetching other products if there is a problem with it at the checkout (e.g. broken eggs). working for a big company keeps you busy which i like, and the variety of work is enough to keep me going.

what gets up my nose about the job though - which i assume is the same in most companies - is due to the fact i am under 18, i get paid less for doing the exact same job and undertaking all the same responsibilities as someone who's 18 when i turn 18, my pay rate goes up to £4.80 an hour :$:

I'm a lucky bugger. Got fed up with doing all the shit for someone else, so i started my own business. Money isn't great (yet), but i work the hours i want, and i enjoy it

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

    I voted indifferent...

I get paid pretty well, but it can be high stress and pressure (though I don't let that bother me), and I have some great and interesting customers. I also have an interest in the products I sell and will sh1t loads of interesting stuff (holidays to the ice hotel, malaysian GP, driving days, TV's etc). In an ideal world, I would win more, have less stress and better accounts - but we can not have it all our own way.
