Default Xecuter2.2 Pro - have i destroyed my Xecuter?

Im just after installing a Xecuter2.2 Pro on a Xbox v1.0.

Everything was working fine after the chip was installed, the machine asked for the bios update!?

But as I wanted to use the computer program from Xecuter to update the bios, but here my problems started?

Now to the question, can I have destroyed my Xecuter2 Pro by using the X2 Pro program incorrectly?

Now my Xbox start up for one sec lighting green and then it start blinking orange and the Xbox will not start anymore? Anybody there has any idea what I have done wrong? And a solution?

your post is very unclear m8.

What do you mean update the bios ?

Was this a new install of a new chip ?

What bios were on it Cromwell bios ?

If it wasnt a new install then did everything work ok before , ie backups boot ok ?

It is pretty much impossible to to bugger up a chip.

Please post more details so others can help you.

I have tried to put a new bios (bin file) into the chip.

Was this a new install of a new chip ?

Yes, it was a new install but the chip was preflashed with Cromwell bin, and have seen the screen, so I’m sure the mode is installed correctly.

Yes, but its not on it anymore

Sounds good, hope you have the solution to my problem.

to be honest I havent got a clue about pros as I have a lite but it sounds like the bios is corrupt or a bad flash.

It could also be a switch setting as I think the pro has 4 switches ?

have read through these tuts m8 : http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.p...&f=50&t=99826&
