Can i use any CAM ID, or does it have to be specific to my box/area.

And how can i get this without having original paired card

Reason is because i keep getting error 1005

personaly i change the cam id on every card i do and you can put anything on it(well almost)just change all three on the code space , low provider info and high provider info

One last question what's with the lfting leg 11 of ATMEL and soldering it to battery? and do i need to do it?

thats todo with stoping the stb from updateing not sure if you need to do that , but there is an easeyer way to do it if your box is a 1000 series

yup mine is a D1000t, do i still need to do it i don't want PPV TV

if u stop the box from updating u may not get it going.

it depends on wot u have got , if you have a rom 10 that is not locked and can get the ird and boxkey then you can mod that card and get ppv with it , if the card is locked (a3c)then with it being a 1000 your boxkey might be on the database if so you can (depending on what software is in your area) downgrage to cr1 and use a funcrd then you need to mod the box so it dosnt upgrade back to cr3 which you cant get ppv on a funcard.
