    Default Computer monitor through Television?

    One of my dads mates a few years ago had his PC Monitor coming through his Television, sorry if I sound like a dumb arse, but how can you do this?, is there certain hardware that I must buy etc;

    hmm maybe he had a gfx card with a tv out?

    Yeap pretty much every new graphics card from ATI or Nvidia contains TV-output. Which u can use a composite(RCA) lead or a S-video lead to connect to the TV set.

    Even the cheapest of cards ranging from £30-40 contain it, its almost standard now adays. GF4mx is a popular cheap card with TVoutput. If your into games your looking at £100-150 class cards.
