boot up errors

When i switch my pc on i get two errors up on screen and i cant do anything untill they go 1 is unhandled exception
2 is promulagate error
how do i get these off for good

when do you get the probs? pre or post splash screen
or is it when windows has nearly loaded.
If the prob is stopping windows from even trying to boot then you might have a hardware prob mate .try checking the settings in the bios to make sure everything is as it should be for starters.
if its a software prob then it depends on what version of windows you have installed.the worst case scinarieo is a poss new piece of hardware or a fresh install.
