Equipment needed to burn an iso????

Please can someone tell me what equipment is need to burn an iso to dvdr, and if there is any special software/hardware needed.

I wouldn't burn any iso yet because we don't know how to boot them
You can only boot games trough pso and an bba.
so wait a few weeks/maands for an modchip then ask again
