help with winXP

Hi, I add a little icon next to my start button that minimized all windows, but put my computer on this morning and its vanished

I'm sure theres a very simple way to get it back but I cant find it lol. can anyone tell me? Its a huge pain in the ass trying to minimize 20 different things to get back to the desktop

lol i've only been working on comp for few hours but it was bloody annoying having to minimze each window on its own

Can also right click the Start bar and select 'Show Desktop'...
