Norton Update prob.

Could someone help me out?
I am trying to Live Update Norton but all I get is it saying I'm not connected.
But obviously I am cause I wouldn't be-able to put this up otherwise.

Any ideas??

Have you changed how you connect to the internet recently??

If you connect through a LAN, then remove all dial up accounts, and this sometimes works. Also in norton itself I beleive you can specify how to connect to the internet somewhere in the options.

If not, then try upgrading to the latest version see if that makes a difference.

Shout back if this works or doesn't

There's a LiveUpdate applet in the Control Panel you can use for this one mate...

No joy I'm affraid.

Done all of the above & still getting the same. I'm getting a new version of Norton today hopefuly so I think that should solve the problem.
I don't think it helped that my version is Norton Antivirus 4.0, which appears to be obsolete now! :|
