SANS Track 4
I'm off to the States next month to do SANS Track 4 Hacker Techniques, Exploits and Incident Handling and I wondered if anyone had done one of these courses before?
It looks fairly good with some hands on time to try some attacks and test your defences. The web address is http://www.sans.org/cdieast03/track4.php. Some of the guys at work have been on some of the other courses and loved them.

well it sounds alot of money for what you get - but there is nothing like a good pratical workshop...
