NTL Cut Out, Im I Going Mad???

Can anyone help me here. My NTL internet connection drops out about once every 15 to 30 mins. I go and restart the box and the connection comes straight back every time. Does anyone else have this? Does anyone have a soloution? Is it a ghost messing with me? Or is this just standard NTL 'Always on' service? :nowords:

Hi Wappo i had the same problem worked for 1hr sometimes a day then down to 15 minutes sometimes not at all in the end got an engineer out changed boxs three times before it was sorted out get in the phone and complain i got three months free connection

I had exactly the same problem, and in the end they had to fit a cable modem to sort it out:thumbs

same here with a 4000 box.
It was the uploading that killed it and they eventully agreeded to give me a separate cable modem.

I ended up complaining and got 3 months free bb.
