funcard using RST

hi there i am having probs with fun4 cards
when i creat my rst file then read it through distance the ird and box key are differant to the ones i entered also when you use a elvis on multipro software it asks for flash intl and external 3 files to be entered
so the rst goes to flash then the providers file goes to intl then what goes to external?

firts try using nce or x hex if yer havin probs n u dont use owt in external unless youre using distance beta
