Any ISO extracion tools?

I just got PSO Ep3 through the post but its all in Japanese unlike previous versions that let you change the language settings to English, I hear that there is an english translation file somewhere in the game but needs unlocking through an Action Replay code (which isn't available yet)

So my question is, is there an iso extraction tool that will let me root about the files to see what I can find?

The only way you can extract any/part of the root is to get this working with the pso exploit with the bba at present as there is no other way to upload code to the gc at present. I'm not sure if this is possible with PSO Episode 3 though
