The new gen ones are thinner than the old ones, and the buttons arent around the touchpad, they're underneath the screen. Also they have an on the go playlist thing where you can queue songs, the old ones didnt have that

Hi YEVRAH the supplier said, "We list them as "USED" on the customs form as they are open box returns" so hopefully I will not get to stung by the customs. Do you know any different?

Also if I have to pay import tax how do I pay it - is it on delivery to my address?

    Thx,

    dEVS!

Not sure that it makes a difference if it's new or not?

Payment depends on who's delivering it - the post office pay customs for you and you have to pay them on delivery (i.e. before you receive it) - I have seen some delivery companies pay it for you, deliver the item and then bill you for the customs fee at a later date.

i dont think it'll make a difference if its new or not, you bought it and thats all that matters. As for the charge, you'll have to pay whoever delivers it to you, and they'll charge you about £15 just for 'the priviledge' of delivering it.

to be honest, nothing stands up to the iRiver IHP-120. I bought for £247 from amazon.co.uk and i'm going to the states next week where I could get it for around £190, and it's so good that I'm not even bitter about the £60 price difference. the earphones are a bit crap, the right one always falls out, but if you're spending this much on a player you probably have or are getting a decent earphone set to go with it. I'm gonna grab the sonys that everyone's raving about when I'm over there.
