Mod Chip for V1.5 XBOX ??

i've just installed a Chameleon in two v1.4's and they worked perfect.. you'll need one of the latest bios's though.

any chip that u can flash with the M7 or X2 4979 bios will work on a 1.4, i did one with an xbit a few days ago

Well I have just finished installing my first Apple X V modchip into a Xbox 1.3 (works in ALL Xbox's). Have to admit for the money (�14) it's fantastic!!

You power-up with the power button to enable the mod or to boot with original MS BIOS you power-up with the eject button. (Although I soldered D0 directly to ground as it's a christmas present for the old folk who may get a little confused with DUAL booting BIOS's

)

I ordered my chip from Glen @ www.cheapmod.com , sent Postal Orders Wednesday afternoon and recieved my chip well packed in it's own little ESD bag on Friday. Excellent service, shall be using them again in the future.

i've bought quite a few modchips off Glen at Cheapmod, excellent service, i would highly recommend him, good always turn up the day after paying by nochex.
i've bought some Apple-x V mods off him too, and must say for the price they are excellent.

you mean so it's permanently on?

you can wire it in exactly the same as a cheapmod if you want to do that

Just solder the D0 point directly to any ground point on the Xbox motherboard. I'm not certain but I think you still need to solder the D1 point on the apple chip as when I tried without it connected the BIOS would not boot.
