Guys,

bit of a strange request this one, but does anyone have a direct phone number for this company, i need to contact them urgently regarding a f**k up they did with an order of mine but they do not list any contact numbers!! I did find a national enquiry number (0870 429 3000) but hey guess what, it directs you to the website for any enquiries. I filled out an enquiry form on their site last beginning of last week, end of last week, and this morning, but not even a damn reply!!! :grr:

I was reading an article about dabs in PCAdvisor and I think it mentioned how they went from business via fone and internet 2 just on the internet. I think they simply do not have a telephone number 2 b contactd on.

hmm, there was another one. This is how I got it.

I looked up the registration details of dabs.co.uk but there was none, I found that dabs.com is the same company any they had registration details, which is where I found the number. Heres the full details:

A very good contact at dabs is a guy called David Atherton his address used to be da@dabs.com anyone who doesnt know Dave is the MD and founer of Dabs back in 1987. by the looks of it they have changed the format of email addresses at dabs and it could now be datherton@dabs.com. Im sure someone will jump if you go direct to the top.

if you send them a decnet email complaining about the service then they will sort it out quickly, thats what they did for me

Well, i have now sent them numerous emails, have filled out there online query form, still nothing, i didnt get time to phone today, but will tomorrow..................maybe they're closed for xmas, or atleast the admin part of the company:S:S the thing is is that they issued me with a RMA number for me to return goods incorrectly sent to me (and charged me for) over a week ago now, the company that was supposed to collect the goods never arrived the day i arranged for (after having to take a day off work to be at home for them) they didnt arrive the follwing day either (after my partner took a day off work waiting for them) and to sum it all up, i have read in the T&C of the returns policy on their website, that the RMA number issued to me is only valid for 2 weeks. Where will that leave me once they turn around and say that i am now obligated to keep the goods i didnt want!!!!

There are phone numbers for Dabs but they are only used for busness purchasers "in channel"

that means they only give it out to other suppliers / resellers or large corporate accounts.

i used to have 2 or 3 nos for them at my last job, but sadly i dont have them any more.

you could try looking for a business support number.

i think that is how i got them when i was looking.

A m8 of mine works for a place that supplies them with PC hardware, so I'll get in touch and see if he can get a contact number for you m8.

No promises as I dunno if he's back at work till after the New Year, but I know the company he works for is open till 6pm Christmas Eve.

hate it how companies are doing this. enotes and webtickets- loda bollocks. we have/had a business account number for dabs where they answer after 2 rings and are really nice etc but i cant find it right now and i guess they'd tell you to **** off if your not a business customer anyway ;/

I used to work for the company that built the custom pcs that dabs direct sold, I did have a list of DDI numbers for the whole company when was doing that and a few select email addresses.
