they give an isbn number for the second book so in theory you could goto any decent book shop and they may be able to source it for you (maybe including a small fee) or email amazon.co.uk as the order page is the jap amazon page.

ooouch! I took a look there myself this morning and thought that that was too much (shipping and tax charges) considering thier initial price, so I complained to amazon.co.uk and they were actually pretty considerate about the situation. Unfortunetly they couldn't source them for me though ;/ ...... I may have to bite the bullet in this case then. lol I guarantee after I buy them they'll be released in English and go on the Uk amazon site.
