Msgrv32 (not responding)

I get a few times when my PC just hangs. When I do the ctrl, alt, del thing, I get the message up Msgrv32 (not responding) quite a lot.
In idiot speak, is it important to know what this means? Do I need to do owt to stop it happening?
Any suggestions??

It's usually a driver or device fault. Without any more specific information, it's hard to say quite what is doing it, but check for device driver updates.
