Video Image Grabber

Hello all!

Can anyone suggest a Video Image Grabbing util?

Preferably free, I want to automatically grab stills, every 10-20 secs or so, from WMV's, AVI's etc.

Any ideas?

this is a really contrived suggestion and an absolsoute botch job but it will work (sort of)

this program can record whatever is on screen, and you can change the interval. only problem is that is saves them as avi files.

the normal use would be a very short interval and you can record yourself clicking on stuff etc. but it would almost do what you want.

cant remember name of hand but if you are happy with .avi files then reply again and say you want it and i'll look it up
