    Default PC to AV Receiver

    Hey guys,

I've today finally got my rear speakers for Home Entertainment System hooked up on brackets so my next step is looking to connect my PC upto the AV Receiver as I see no point in 2 pairs of 5.1 speakers in the same room.

The AV is a Pioneer VSX-C301 with my PC sound card being an SB Live 5.1, any ideas on the cheapest and easiest method to connect them. I currently only have Scart, Optical and Coaxial available. With the optical on front so other methods would be nicer.

    Cheers

well connect all the speaker cables up to the back of the VSX-C301 , and then use a optical cable to connect between the SB Live 5.1 and the VSX-C301 .

optical or coaxial ... :nowords: , well unless yur an audiophile i doubt u can tell the difference , but there are optical ( fibre optic ) to coaxial converters if u are stuck
