Mailing List Manager Help

I have created a mailing list which I need to send a newsletter out to on a weekly basis, what sort of software can I get to do this as I have tried using outlook express but it reveals all the other email addresses that I have sent the email to at the top of the email.

just put the email addresses in the blind carbon copy box (bcc). in outlook you find this by clicking the cc box in the message

Doing this will work, but it wont give people the ability to subscribe to your newsletter automatically.
